I turn ideas into
products, platforms
and businesses.

20+ years across technology, iGaming, AI workflows, e-commerce and start-ups. I see a gap, sketch the product, work out how it's built, how it makes money and how people use it — then I ship it.

01 — WHO I AM

Not just an employee.
Someone who keeps building.

Dad to Callum & serial maker

I'm a builder, product thinker, problem-solver and entrepreneur from Dublin. My career has lived around technology, online products, iGaming, websites, marketing, AI, e-commerce and business ideas.

I'm the kind of person who sees a gap, starts sketching a product, and thinks through how it would work, how it would make money, how users would interact with it, and how it could actually be built. My experience isn't limited to one job title or one industry — I've worked inside major online gaming companies, built and sold my own businesses, created digital platforms, planned physical venues, experimented with AI tools, written product specs and run marketing campaigns.

The common thread is simple: I like turning ideas into real things.

Spot the gap

See opportunities others miss and frame the real problem.

Design the system

User, admin, dev, payments, tracking — the whole picture.

Ship the thing

Get to the simplest version that can go live — then improve.

02 — CAREER

Two decades around tech & iGaming

High-pressure platforms where systems, trust, money, user behaviour and real-time decisions all mattered.

~7 years

Full Tilt Poker · PokerStars

Years inside high-pressure online poker — live users, financial risk, fraud and hacking attempts, abuse patterns and real-time decisions. Learned how trust, security and reliable products actually hold up under load.

Product Owner

GG Poker

Direct product ownership inside the iGaming industry — turning ideas into clear concepts, user flows, stories, acceptance criteria, dev-ready tickets and launch plans.

Affiliate & Casino Products

Gambling.com Group

Casino review platforms, affiliate journeys, AI chatbot behaviour, SEO-led products and high-traffic web experiences — the player, product, affiliate and commercial sides at once.

Throughout

Founder & Independent Builder

Alongside it all: building and selling businesses, launching e-commerce stores, planning platforms and venues, and using AI to accelerate product, creative and technical work.

I look at a product from every angle:

03 — HOW I THINK

I think in systems, not screens

When I look at an idea, I don't just see the front-facing version. I see everything around it — and I'm good at spotting the missing pieces.

Questions worth answering early

  • → What problem is this actually solving?
  • → Who uses it, and what do they see?
  • → How does it work — and how does it make money?
  • → What does the team need to build it well?
  • → How is it measured once it's live?
  • → What's the simplest version that could ship?

Get these right up front and the rest of the work gets a lot easier. Skip them and you pay for it later.

For any idea, I can hold several lenses at once:

How it looks

UX, journeys, first impressions.

How it works

Flows, logic, edge cases.

How it sells

Pricing, revenue, marketing angles.

How it's built

Specs, tickets, what the team needs.

Communication style: clear, direct and practical. Copy-and-paste-ready text, concise emails, developer-ready instructions, UK/Irish English — usefulness over polish for its own sake.

04 — VENTURES & PROJECTS

A long trail of things I've built

05 — AI, IN PRACTICE

I don't talk about AI from a distance

I use AI every day — for product discovery, specs, research, content, creative and code support. I've run AI sessions, supported colleagues and acted as a practical point of contact for adoption. I treat it as a tool, not magic: it moves me faster, but the output still needs judgement and direction.

More options

Team enablement

Helping others adopt AI well.

Human judgement

Correction & direction on top.

06 — AUTOMATION

If it can be automated, I'll make it happen

I've got a low tolerance for repetitive, manual work. The moment I notice something being done by hand over and over, I stop and build something to handle it — quietly running in the background so people can spend their time on the work that actually needs a human.

Reports

Scheduled reports that build and send themselves — no more pulling the same numbers into the same template every week.

Recaps & summaries

End-of-day and weekly recaps, meeting notes and status updates pulled together automatically and dropped where the team needs them.

Workflows

Multi-step processes wired together so one trigger runs the whole chain — approvals, hand-offs, follow-ups and the rest.

Alerts & notifications

Get pinged the moment something needs attention — thresholds, errors, new leads — instead of manually checking dashboards all day.

Data & dashboards

Pulling, cleaning and surfacing data so the live numbers are always up to date — no copy-paste, no stale spreadsheets.

Tool integrations

Connecting the apps that don't natively talk to each other so data flows between them without anyone moving it by hand.

The rule is simple: if I'm doing something for the second or third time by hand, I'm already working out how to make it run on its own.

07 — STRENGTHS

What I bring to a team

A rare mix of commercial, technical, creative and operational thinking — and the bias to actually ship.

08 — THE HUMAN SIDE

A maker, and a dad

A lot of what I build starts with my son, Callum — bedtime stories, school medals, 3D-printed pieces for school fairs, and child-friendly activities and ideas. I build for business and career reasons, but also simply because I enjoy making things useful, fun and meaningful for the people around me.

That same curiosity runs through everything: words, images, websites, products, physical objects, business models and user journeys. I'm comfortable moving between all of them — which is what makes me different from someone who only works in one lane.

09 — LET'S BUILD

Want someone who
actually builds things?

I'm at my best turning rough ideas into clear, practical, buildable plans — and then shipping them. If that's the kind of person your team needs, let's talk.
